Light Mind Therapy
Counselling and Therapy Support in Leigh on Sea
Welcome. I’m Alice, a trauma-informed therapist with a genuine passion for helping people find clarity and a greater sense of peace. With experience and professional accreditation, I bring both clinical understanding and thoughtful care to each session. I offer support in Leigh-on-Sea, the Southend area, across Essex, and online.
I’ve been through difficult times myself, and therapy gave me the understanding and shift I needed — a change that has stayed with me. That experience is what led me into the work of a counsellor / therapist, and I find it deeply rewarding to support others in creating positive change in their own lives.
Now, I support others in making sense of their own stories — particularly those with neurodivergent minds, or where trauma has left its mark. I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, and the emotional impact of ADHD and autism. These experiences are often connected to deeper patterns, such as early neglect, trauma, or more recent difficult events. Whether the wounds are old or new, change and healing are possible.
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions to suit your needs. Reduced rates may be available — please feel free to get in touch for further details.
